No Cook Breakfast Wraps

Some days, you just cannot bring yourself to heat up the kitchen. I initially made these wraps to avoid cooking at camp, but then I realized I could make a great, quick breakfast at home too. I can make the whole wrap in advance and grab it as I run out the door in the morning.

If I have time, I will prepare the eggs and bacon before. If I am taking them camping and I don’t have a chance to prepare, I can purchase pre-peeled hard boiled eggs in two packs from several gas stations in our area. You can also purchase pre-cooked bacon in almost every grocery store. When I make this dish, I boil a dozen eggs before we leave and cook a pound of bacon for the whole weekend. The bacon can be eaten as a snack through the day or added to sandwiches for lunch as well.

Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs per person
3 slices of pre-cooked bacon per person
2 slices of American cheese per person
1 full sized burrito wrap per person
Condiments as desired

Instructions
1. Spread out wrap on a paper plate
2. Place two slices of American cheese on wrap.
3. Shell eggs. Crumble egg on top of cheese.
4. Lay bacon on top of eggs.
5. Add desired condiments. I love a little mayo with this.
6. Roll tortilla and enjoy!
