Kevin Smith Starts a New Jay and Silent Bob Series

Kevin Smith shared today that he is bringing Jay and Silent Bob back to the silver screen. Limited by his past choices to sell ownership of Mallrats and Clerks so he could do what he loved, Jay and Silent Bob is the only franchise in the View Askewniverse that Smith has the rights to.  Smith announced in a Facebook post that he had written the sequel to Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.

 

The movie will hopefully be in production this summer and may be released as early as Spring of 2018.
