December Bullet Journal
This is the end of my first year using a bullet journal, and I have been so excited to let my journal sparkle and shine like Christmas morning. I want metallics and glitter and color everywhere. I wanted to keep the traditional green and red a central theme. There are so many fun projects to plan for the holiday season; this really helps me get in the spirit.
You can check out my pages for holiday organization as well, especially my present spread coming out later this week.
My journal is just about full, so I am going to be starting a new one in January. I did all five weeks as part of December, but I changed the theme for the week of New Year’s. I thought it ought to be a little more sleek and shiny.
I accidentally did my important dates page twice. Whoops! I guess I was just excited or December to finally be here!
This month I made some significant changes to my daily log. I am no longer on the quest for a new job, but I am doing some experimenting with different contractor companies such as delivery companies, ride share, and personal shopper options. My inspiration quote this month is from Dr. Seuss, even though my favorite Christmas special is The Year Without a Santa Claus.
My cleaning log has a holiday feel too. Forget the boring squares. Everything is round and bold and bubbly.
That’s the end of this month’s bullet journal. Next month, I will be writing about what I am moving into my new journal, what worked in my first year of journaling, and what I am going to do differently next year. My current journal only lasted about 10 months; I’d like the next one to get closer to 12.
