Thor: Ragnarok Teaser Trailer

Marvel answered two of the biggest questions about Thor: Ragnarok with this one little trailer.  Thor: Ragnarok is the the third film in Marvel’s Thor series; a direct sequel to Thor: Dark World.  It takes place in the Marvel timeline.  This answer has a great suggestion of what order you should watch the current Marvel universe.

Thor has been pictured with his axe Jarnbjorn in several of the other teasers.  I expected the first half of the movie to be about how Thor lost his grace.  We now watch as Mjölnir is blown to pieces in this trailer and Thor  enters the battle arena as Thor the Unworthy.

The second question the trailer answers is, “Where has Hulk been?”  Clearly, he has been kicking butt in an intergalactic battle arena.  It’s unclear if he has a choice in being there, but I cannot wait to see more of the fights in this film.

We get to see some of the other worlds and people out there in the Universe.  Thor: Ragnarok looks like it would fit right in with Guardians of the Galaxy.  The neon themes just bring images of the other other-worldly adventure.
